Performance Marketing Specialists

Unboxed Agency is growing and so does our need for talent. With a diverse range of local and international accounts in our portfolio, we are hiring for various experienced and entry level roles in our Paid Search Marketing and Social Media teams.

As a marketing specialist, you will join our team to be at the core of the business and to shape the success of our clients’ digital growth. Prior experience in an agency is preferred but not essential for entry level positions.

You will be responsible for

  • Collaborate with the Account Strategist to create and deliver high-performance paid search and paid social campaigns for several clients
  • Maximize client ROI and goal achievement by conducting tests, identifying trends and managing bids
  • Making qualitative and quantitative analyses on the campaigns to have a deeper understanding on the target audience and post-engagement behaviour of acquired users
  • Monitor campaign pacing, maintain and update budgets to reflect projected and actual spend
  • Provide detailed reporting and analytics that can be shared with key stakeholders
  • Contribute to overall digital marketing strategy

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 1+ years of experience with Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising or Display & Programmatic Advertising
  • Familiarity with analysing data in Google Analytics and/or 3rd party analytics suites
  • University degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering, Statistics or Economics
  • Strong analytical skills with a very careful attention to detail in every step of operation and analysis
  • Excellent level of written and spoken English

Data Analyst / Scientist - MarTech Automation

Unboxed Agency is growing and so does our need for talent. With a diverse range of local and international accounts in our portfolio, we are looking for talented Data Analysts / Scientists and MarTech Automation professionals to join our dynamic team.

We’re looking for individuals that can be proactive owners of data and data-related activities as well as analytics platforms. You will contribute to a user-centric vision of digital marketing, based on the effective use of data to optimise media acquisition strategies.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • University degree from a reputable university preferably in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or Engineering
  • 1+ years related work experience in Statistical Modelling, Analytics and/or Business Intelligence fields
  • Strong technical understanding of data modelling, design, architecture principles Experience with relational analytic databases
  • Programming experience (preferably Python, R, C#, Java) and Javascript
  • Skilled with using SQL
  • Understanding ETL best practices
  • Experience with Data Visualisation tools such as DOMO, Bime, Tableau (or similar)
  • Have work experience with data pipelines in throughput environments
  • Integration experience with mainstream AdTech platforms such as Google Stack (Analytics, AdWords, GTM, Optimize etc.) AdForm, Adjust (or similar)
  • Excellent level of written and spoken English
